此民宿中間有一個撲滿人工草皮的大院子，所有房間將院子圍在中間，而房門口都正對著院子，因此出入房間必定經過院子。
入住後才會得知，院子有兩條規則如下：
1. 可抽菸（房間將院子包圍，形成半開放的空間適合一吸再吸，一根菸可享受到二手菸、三手菸、以此類推）
