Pei-HuaTW2樓層的設計可以有效區隔公共空間與房間，很適合有小孩的家庭。廚房用品、洗衣設備和曬衣架等一應俱全，非常方便。
每層樓的空間不大，若行李箱較多，可能攤開會比較擁擠

政諺TW地點還算好，附近有便利商店，也有超市，可以買東西自行烹飪，附近有很多用餐的地點，還有男山酒廠，裡面還可以免費裝雪山融冰的水，聽說是長壽水，我們離開也有順便去裝來喝，但要煮沸。
1.洗衣機、曬衣架，可以攜帶少一點衣物

3.床夠大，我們只住一間房，一張大床+一張單人床，夠2大3小睡
