De locatie is prima; prachtig uitzicht heel rustig en toch het centrum van Spa op ongeveer 2 km.
Het huis is ruim en alle voorzieningen zijn er, zelfs een sodastream, tafeltennistafel, ligbedden op de veranda etc.
