Appartement calme dans un immeuble vieillissant. Odeur forte d'humidité surtout dans la piece d'eau.
Ne pas etre trop exigeant sur l'état général.

L'appartement est petit mais confortable pour 3-4 personnes. Il faut cependant être prudent avec la mezzanine difficile…
