1- Tremendous amount of noise from tram, from 6am morning to 12 am midnight which was horrible. No sound isolation.
2- No wifi during 3 days(literally zero minutes)

No heating. Was promised an electric heater to be delivered but didn’t materialize. Also very noisy.
