Um pequena desilusão não fosse o cheiro a maresia e o som do mar.
A localização, por ser próxima do mar.
O piso térreo não tem nenhuma janela para o mar, possui três claraboias, que deixam entrar o som do mar. Só o 1.º andar tem varanda com vista de mar.
