Disappointed. Laguna Le Crete 78
Very disappointing. The agent was absolutely Rude and abrupt. We had no TV connection for 1 and half days. Place was clearly not cleaned recently as there were spider webs in the dishes n cupboards.

Not well maintained at all. Dirty with a moldy smell. Aircon didn’t work, although the unit was advertised with aircon. Tiles missing in the bathroom, some water taps are loose, the braai area filthy, problems with the…
