・浄水器やコンロ、洗濯機乾燥機、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫等の設備が十分に整っており、一階のショッピングモールのスーパーで食材を購入すれば夕食を作って食べる楽しみが気軽に手に入る。
・プールで気持ちよく泳ぎ、水着も乾燥機で乾かせる。
