PasiFinlandAamiainen oli loistava ja henkilökunnan palvelu erinomaista. Hotelli oli muutenkin siisti ja siitä sai ylellisen vaikutelman. Myös huone oli hieno, joskin hintaisekseen hieman pienen kokoinen.

Aamiainen oli hyvä. Sijainti hyvä lähellä Ratinan stadionia.
Hissiä oli aluksi hankala käyttää. Ohjeet lukemalla onnistui kyllä. Jos hissin käyttöä varten tarvitsee lukea ohjeita, se on silloin liian monimutkainen.

Hissit olivat ruuhkaiset ja pääsy hotelliin oli vieraspaikkakuntalaiselle varsin hämmentävä. Parkkihallista oli vaikea löytää kulku hotelliin ja ilta-aikaan kulku oli remonttien takia kiertoreitin kautta.
