Tsuguoホテルのスタッフは親切。両替所と食堂を併設している。道路向かいにはコンビニもあり利便性が高い。
部屋の掃除も丁寧。Wi-Fiの繋がりも非常に良い。居心地も良い。館内にエレベーターが無いので荷物を持っての階段はキツい。建物の造りで仕方ないが道路の騒音が丸聞こえである。
