The treatment from a lady called Charmain was really bad. She was so unprofessional and had a very bad attitude. Does not have good customer service.

The facility is good and has a swimming pool,and a restaurant inside and the food is great.
The music from their bar plays till 11pm and the pool is not heated, the fridge didn't have a plug next to it,no charger ports…
