This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscine #1 is closed from Mon 16 Oct 2023 until Mon 15 Apr 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 40 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking, 60 percent of the total amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made 1 month before arrival, the entire stay will be charged on the day of booking. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 19:00. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the city tax has to be paid upon arrival. Optional services to be paid on site: - bed linen rental: EUR 8 per person per week - towels rental: EUR 8 per person per week - baby bed: EUR 15 per week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week - baby bed + baby high chair kit: EUR 25 per week . A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet. The swimming pool is open from April to October, weather permitting.
