Youngok객실 내 방음 전혀 안됩니다
방음이 너무 안되서 잠을 거의 못잤습니다.
윗층에서 계속 아이들 쿵쾅거리며 뛰어다니는 소리가 들렸구요.
객실 안에 프런트와 직통으로 연결되는 전화가 없습니다. 휴대폰으로 프런트에 전화해서 직원이 바로 전달하겠다곤 했지만 이후에도 크게 해결되진 않았습니다.
리조트 안에 있는 BHC 매장 사장님은 왜 그렇게 화가 나신 모습인지 모르겠지만 무척 불친절 하구요.
객실 안에 안내 책자도 하나 없고…

가족여향으로 숙박. 수영장. 주변 인프라가 좋습니다. 객실도 깨끗합니다.
다만 객실 투숙개도 수영장을 이용허기 위해서는 할인을 받아도 워터파크 입장권 수준이라. 이점이 비용적으로 만족스럽지 못합니다.
