Excellent time, pity you werent allowed to swim off boat seeing there was no pool on board.
Ha Long Bay experience was fantastic. Small boat cruise - not heaps of people which was good.
I didn't like the stops on the way with the transfers. It also would have been nice to be allowed to swim off the boat.
