Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for guests staying in the property from 1 October to 30 April, electricity is not included in the price. A meter reading will be taken and the amount of electricity used will be deducted from the security deposit. Please note that only small dogs can be accommodated and guests must request this in advance. Please note that the pool is open from May to September and is heated free of charge from 30 May to 01 September. Guests are required to put the pool's safety cover on every night.
