Sicuramente non adatto a persone con difficoltà di equilibrio e deambulazione per via delle scale per salire sul soppalco e il materasso così in basso

Poco pulita, soprattutto sul letto e sul parquet del soppalco vi erano polvere e sporcizia. Vi erano inoltre macchie di umidità sul muro
