清其TW空間大，可於置多個行李租。床位、生活區獨立區隔，不影響多人作息。
入住時找進入的方式若不熟悉，有一點困擾。
YOU PINGTW內部很乾淨，空間很舒適，但雙層床的上層上下床要小心，樓梯很垂直。
房主回覆問題的速度很快，有問題都有得到解答
因為人數較多，希望可以提供多一點的被子

住宿點離中州川端站很近，而且沿路有百貨、美食、唐吉軻德，很棒
隔音比較不好，隔壁棟、外面的聲音很清楚，三樓是睡覺房間，廁所是在一二樓，晚上睡到一半想廁所要跑到二樓

열쇠 보관함 열고, 사용하기까지 어려움이 있었다는 후기들이 종종 있었는데 자물쇠 여는 방법만 확실히 알아두면 어려울 건 없더라고요! 미닫이 문 손잡이 위/아래 열쇠 구멍이 있어서 두 개 다 닫고, 여는 걸 잊지 않으면 어려울 건 없었어요. 침실/화장실은 4인이 여행하기에 충분한 공간이었어요. 3층에 있는 2층 침대도 싱글 침대가 아니라 넓어서 좋았고요! 왠만한 텐진 시내는 다 걸어서 다닐…
