Il Parcheggio privato nel cortile della struttura, l ascensore, l aria condizionata in camera.
La pulizia dell appartamento.
A due passi da Lidl e Conad e con una passeggiata di 10 minuti si raggiunge il centro.

La casa è molto carina, pulita e cosa molto importante per Alghero ha il posto macchina privato sotto casa.
