Een fijn huisje met een wasmachine. een paar minuten lopen was het centrum van het plaatsje met winkels en restaurants.
De ligging, vlakbij het centrum.
De douche stond onhandig afgesteld, zodat de vloer naast de douche bak nat werd.
De waterkoker had een vreemde geur en was daardoor niet bruikbaar.
