外观看上去很美丽的房子，处于小镇的最西端，相对安静一些。
房子非常老旧，里面有很大的蟑螂，厨房和客厅里晚上会有蟑螂跑出来，这是我到目前为止见过的最大的蟑螂。里面的设备也是非常老旧并且非常容易坏，包括淋雨喷头、空调等等，我们在里面住了一个月，一直都在要求管理方修理（有跟管理者的WHATSAPP对话为证据），到退房时漏水的空调都没有修好，管理者明明知道是由于沙发上方的空调漏水造成的…
