ほんとに大変な思いをしました。予約完了のバウチャーには「ホテルへの予約確認は不要です」の文言まであったが、確認は必須ですね。帰国後カスタマーセンターに連絡したが、外人のオペレーターでうまくニュアンスが伝わらず、ホテルの返金と代わりに泊まったホテルの差額は支払ってもらえることになったが、移動の交通費は領収書がないから…
