スタッフの方がとても丁寧に部屋、施設の説明をしてくれます。
清水寺へは徒歩5分以内です。開門6時入りが容易で、観光客の方が少なかったです。効率よく旅行のスケジュールが立てられます。
（良くない、というか利用の際にお気を付けを！）清水寺へのマップナビを使うと近隣にお住まいの方の私道に入り込んでしまい、ご迷惑をかけてしまいます。スタッフの方に、ルートを確認するとよいと思います。
