Please inform KSpace @ West One in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately the hotel is unable to accept group bookings, but welcomes families at any time. Please note: There is no reception. The property provides a key box collection check in service from 2.30PM onwards. The keys will be located in the Sinclair Building across the road and guests will be sent the details around 24hrs prior to arrival. Cleaning and bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days. Please note a deposit is require for all weekend stays, £100 for One Bedroom Apartments and £200 for Two Bedroom Apartments. A deposit may be required at the property.
