Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
That the bathroom had a funky smell and it looks rusty/dirty. The smell was coming from the sink I think, It was bad.

Run down, the photos not reality. Peeling paint everywhere, not greatly clean. The chairs in the area where the coffee is all peeling and need recovering.
