憧れの古宇利島に２度目の宿泊、４家庭、12名での利用のため２棟に分かれた。零歳児がいたので和室のあるB棟でしたが、A棟と隣接の希望リクエストが叶いとても良かった。滞在が快適だった。
バーべキューコーナーの利用が可能と謳っていたが持ち込み料も高く、食材も法外に高かったので、がっかりだったが、夕食には、お向いの「フクルビ」に行ったので大満足だった。ロテルズの公式ホームページに出ていて助かった。

宿泊前から、車の駐車スペース等で色々配慮していただいたり、現地へ到着してチェックインからチェックアウトまでの全てのやり取りにおいてスタッフさんの対応がとても親切で丁寧だった。
一見お部屋はとても掃除が行き届いてて快適に見えたのですが…建物に入った瞬間から漂う湿ったカビ臭さがとても残念でした。特に、階段下の収納スペースが劇的な臭さで…そこに収納されてるバスタオル等を使うのをためら…
