ベトナム自体が開発途上にあるように都市インフラの整備が遅れている。接客のスキルにもまだまだ教育が足りていない印象だ。
　設備は古くはないので旧式ではないのだがその管理にまだ手馴れていない。つまりはすべてで途上にある状態である。
　キッチンやダイニング、リビングが共同使用であることがネックとなり、同国人の大家族が利用するには良いと思うが外国人が夫婦や家族で利用しようとすると悲惨なことになる。

Staying for Epizode festival
The villas are located very close to the beach and all have a nice common area with kitchen and living room and a common pool. You need wheels though, because the best cafes and restaurants are in the north on the road…

とても良いヴィラ！あと、注意しておくことは...
宿泊の部屋はとても広く、水回りも綺麗でした。
シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。
備え付けのシャンプーは小さなチューブ状で泡が出にくいです。日本のシャンプーのようにわしゃわしゃ洗いた方は、持参することをお勧めします。
備え付けの冷蔵庫は冷えにくいです。冷凍スペースはありませんでした。ただ、共同スペースには大きな冷蔵庫、電子レンジなど備え付けがあります。

This is not a hotel, it's a house with a shared living room.
The noise travels easily through the house.
There is no hotel lobby or staff to help.
