No sound proofing, can hear pedestrians and people above clearly.

Struttura molto bella esteticamente, situata in posizione comoda sia per la zona mare che per il centro.
Offro un parcheggio a 200 m dalla location ed è veramente comoda nel mio caso per lavoro
