청소 상태나 직원이 친절함
취침시 뒤척거릴때마다 삐걱소리가 나고
이불 마찰소리가 유난히 커서 수면에 방해가 될 정도임.. 복도밖 소리도 방음이 전혀 안되어 이동하면서 내는 소리가 여과없이 들림.. 전혀 방음이 안된다고 느길정도임

토함산 자락에서 자연환경이 좋았습니다.
골프장등 부대 시설도 괜찮은 편이었습니다. 직원들도 친절 하였습니다.
침구가 청결하게 관리가 되지 않아 아쉬웠습니다. 벌레방역에 대한 청결에 신경 쓰면 좋았을 것 같았습니다.
