The manager and staff are extremely unfriendly and not befitting working in the hospitality industry .
The manager is very rude and unfriendly person . Wonder how he got job in such a sensitive hospitality industry .
ShirazIndiaBasic room that is ok for a night's halt at Kollam
Very basic, but met my needs. Free car park, short drive to some good restaurants towards Kollam beach. Room on ground floor had good air-conditioning, decent beds, bath with no issues, no noise. Friendly staff too.…
Snigdha DasIndiaOverall good for solo traveller and single day trip.
Good for a single day stay and solo trip. Staffs are good.
They must use phenyl to prevent cockroaches in bathroom drains. The room needs a night light.
