滞在当日からフロント対応スマートに、期待に応えてくださったのは、とてもうれしく気分上がりました！お部屋も合理的で、使いやすくゆっくり眠れました！空調も良かったですし、ルームサービス満足美味しいワインと食事は思い出に残ります！
昼食でのレストラン美味しかった！とても良かったのですが、最初だけ接客係の人の、怪訝そうな表情が、気になりました。会計済ますと笑顔になり、気持ち良い言葉掛けがあり又来ようかな？と感じました！が、残念ですね

4인 가족이 한 방에 함께 묵을 수 있게 침대 등이 배치되어 있어서 좋았습니다. 부모님과 함께 간 여행이었는데 한 방에서 머물다보니까 케어하기가 좋았어요. 직원분들도 친절하셨고, 카드도 인원수대로 주셔서 편하게 이용했습니다. 호텔 자체가 넓어서인지 너무 붐비지 않는 분위기도 좋았고, 체크인아웃 전에 캐리어 맡길 때도 좀 전문적으로 보관하시는 듯한 느낌이라 좋았습니다.

Yao ChiTW早餐在30樓，景觀很美。飯飯店價格CP值很高，我住南館，房間很大，景觀很美，我和家人都讚不絕口。泳池的使用是需要另外付費的，使用者付費，很合理。
飯店氣派，房間舒適，景觀怡人。有免費接駁交通車，非常方便。員工親切有禮。

昭和レトロの高級ホテル。
ポートアイランドにあるため世離れ感がある。
近くに市民広場があって、散策に最適。
ホテルのシャトルバスが20分間隔で走ってるし、近くにポートラインもある。
コンビニは一つだけでちょっと不便かも。
観光シーズンでは人がかなり多い。海外からの観光客はもちろん、とにかく子連れが多い。
シャトルバスがあるのは便利かもだけど、降りるところが駅から距離があるので、お年寄りにはちょっときつい。
