立地が良い。温泉がありチェックインからチェックアウトまで入浴可能。薬草湯がぬるくて気持ちよい。岩盤浴が無料。湯上がり処でドリンクサービスがある。三ノ宮駅から送迎バスがある。スタッフさんも気さくに話しかけてくれる。
冷凍庫にサービスの水があればよかった。部屋に鏡が無い。各階に氷の製氷機があれば嬉しいです。薬草湯じゃない浴槽の湯が熱い。
AKIOJapan設備やスタッフの対応など問題無しで快適。
宿泊代も安く、朝食もそれなりの内容。
お風呂には薬湯やサウナもあり快適。
宿泊する側のマナーの問題だが洗い場にカミソリの袋や歯ブラシの袋などが散乱していた。
雨続きで部屋の湿度が高い。
YumieJapan大浴場もあり、清潔感があった。
朝のスタッフ対応が笑顔がなく事務的だった。

〇部屋の広さ、清潔感を余り求めなかったにしても金額は少し高めかと。場所が場所だから仕方無いとは思うが。
〇チェックインのフロントでは細かな説明が一切無し。
〇大浴場の使い方や時間等々は各自で確認。
〇駐車場も14:00〜で無いと停められず、もしその時間よりも早ければ追い金が必要。
〇大浴場は不明だか、部屋のユニットバスはカビ臭かった。
〇アメニティに歯ブラシ等一切無し…
