Great location and value for money, but the room smelled like cigarettes and was very loud (you could hear every time someone entered and exited the hallway door). Check-in instructions would've been clearer in text form…

The room was as advertised, however it was deceiving because it’s not a hotel. Poor experience finding it, checking in and finding the included parking. It is under multiple names so finding it in maps was difficult.
