Funcionários para suporte não existe, ninguém para orientar sobre coisas básicas como onde acender luzes, repor papel higiênicos, onde encontrar panos de chão... minha 1ª experiencia em Hostel pra nunca mais.

O quartos estava com um cheiro horrível de chulé com o chão cheio de cabelos a luz do quarto não estava funcionando ficamos utilizando a lanterna do celular com duas crianças foi complicado
