スタッフの皆さんの笑顔と温かい接客。駅から近くとても便利な立地。
室内冷蔵庫の冷えがイマイチだったのが残念。

温泉が良かった。女性の仲居さんの接客が素晴らしかった。従業員の方が全員挨拶してくれて歓迎されている感じがして、居心地が良かった。到着が遅くなったのであまり中を見て回ることができなかったが、歴史を感じる建物だった。
フロントの男性がたどたどしくて不安になった。全体的に古く、改修したほうが良いと思った。増改築を繰り返しているのか、中が入り組んでいて歩きにくかった。部屋の備品ではないが、電子レンジが壊れていた。
