Please note that the building will be undergoing exterior cladding remediation works between April and the end of August. The flat itself remains fully usable and comfortable. There will be scaffolding in place at the front of the building and workmen present during daytime hours. There is no heavy construction or drilling planned — the impact is mainly visual. During this period, the balcony will not be accessible. The nightly rate has been adjusted to reflect this temporary inconvenience.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
