It was awful in everyway , we arrived at kongs house n key wasn't in key box ,it was open , in we went, so dirty , certainly no been hoovered recently, rubbish there…

Couldn't check in on check in time. House wasn't clean. Curtains down in bedroom, covered in coke as was the walls and window. TV did not work. All plates dirty with food and had to rewash everything. No kitchen…
