An idyllic classic space with tatami mat floors and traditional layout rooms with modern effects. This place was amazing and made up for our short stay where it was cloudy the entire time so we didn’t see Mt Fujis…

No information on website that all rooms are not wheelchair accessible and have STAIRS! We have big luggages so need to solve problems of getting on stairs.
No staff at the place and no CCTV in risk zones, that i wonder…
