CozinessHelpful owner
SueMalaysiaFor a budgeted apartment, not bad.
Cozy. Calm. Though it is an old building but the owner kept it quite clean.
Owner was very helpful too. Making sure all is good before our arrival.
There is washing machine too.

AuniMalaysiaI cannot say too much because I just stay there only less than hour then check out.
Overall condition in my unit is okay for me.
I need to walk-up with the baggage until 4th floor, the place its quite dark and creepy at night. The television channel sometimes lost network.
