Nice but not spectacular
The house is really nice, but seems a little old and run down. The staff is friendly. The pool was a little dirty and the generator was really loud. However, I would say that for the price we paid (KES7,500 per room),…

Lovely property, all night party on Friday night

Great hotel - would recommend *****
I cannot rate this place highly enough. Mohamed was a great host, we were made to feel very welcome with him and his family. The rooms are very large and everything is very safe within the hotel.

Large comfortable bed with the necessary mosquito nets, situated a few steps from the pool. The hotel was well set out allowing plenty of space to relax by the poolside or on the terrace depending on the time of day.…

Kenyan House - Mombasa, a little gem!
Although a little hard to find, signage wise, We spent an enjoyable 2 nights in this lovely little hotel . All staff were very amicable, and both food and wine very good. Will be going back someday, without question.
