NicolaLots of issues unfortunately and management team helped with some of them to start with to get us in at least! Followed another vehicle into the car park and it soon became clear that none of the key codes worked to exit…

The instructions were not clear. They don’t communicate properly. When we arrived at the property there is no key, one of the room is not yet ready, property smells of cigarette, dirty, linens were not changed still…
