I have written a complaint to this property, asking to (1) be put in contact with its owners and (2) ask for a refund - as it is NOT in the state that is being promoted at all... with no luck of decent/acceptable…

Booked this hotel for a colleague, who had a late chdck in. The Manager, Andrew, was particularly helpful in ensuring that checkin would still be open.
