Номер новый, чистый, 2 минуты до моря, 10 минут Сочи парк, все развлечения рядом в номере убирали каждый день

Хорошее место на выходные по превосходной цене!
Останавливались на выходные в декабре.
В целом соответствует 3-м звездам. При цене в 1000 руб. за ночь, все более чем хорошо.
Из явного негатива только бардак со стройкой вокруг - все хаотично и довольно безобразно.…
