묵지 못해서 모릅니다
영업을 못하면 일찍 알려주셨어야죠. 3일전쯤 연락 받고 급히급히 다른 숙소를 정하느라 고생했어요. 우리는 방 3개. 이상을 써야하는 8명 여행객이라는 특수성을 고려하셨어야 합니다. 힘없는 여행객이 사정이 생겨서 못 오게 되면 규정이라고 하면서 전액을 수수료로 가져가지 않나요? 우리는 숙소측의 일방적인 철회에 대해 어떤 수수료를 받나요? 부당하다고 느낍니다.
