KVGCR will take a $100 preauthorisation as a security deposit which will be refunded to your card within 24 hours upon check out providing no additional cleaning is required or damage to KVGCR property has occurred. Please note that this refund can take up to 7 to 10 working days to show in your bank account, this time may vary depending on who you bank with. If a physical card cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse entry and potentially cancel your booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
