オーナーさんの問い合わせの対応が早くてありがたかったです。
ほぼほぼ満足なのですが、部屋にティッシュボックスがなかったところ。
玄関のキーシステムが、アプリをインストールしたりと最新なので、携帯の種類によっては対応出来ない人がいるかもしれません。（同行者も同様）→慣れればとても便利です。
