アパートメントの施設はリフォーム直後なのか、非常に新しく全てが清潔感がある。また部屋には利便性が高い器具が備わっている。さらに室内は清掃が非常に丁寧にしてあるのを感じた。部屋は1階にあり、戸建てのような感じで使用出来る。立地は住宅街にあり、交通の便は良い。我々の到着時にはオーナー夫妻が屋外でわざわざ待って出迎えてくれた。2人の明るくて、親切な人柄を感じた。
