MAIKO気配り最高の旅館です。
スタンダードで泊まりましたが、すごく広い部屋でビックリ！チェックアウトの際、スタンダードでその部屋だったのかを聞いたら、空いていたからグレードアップしてくれたそうで…しかも部屋に温泉の出る檜風呂が付いていて、子供が小さいので家族で入れて助かったし本当に最高のおもてなしでした。
会席の料理も美味しいし、説明も丁寧で良かったです。
いろいろ融通がきいて、また来たいと思いました。

早めにチェックインしたので少し待たされたがお茶とお茶菓子を出して頂いたので旅の疲れが取れました。
朝、夕の食事はコロナ対策か個室で頂きメニューも思っていた以上に豊富で担当の方も清潔でサービスが良く味も美味しくて満足しました。
大浴場は男女入れ替わり制でしたので、景色、広さに少し差があったように思います。でも良かったです。

布団が硬くて体が痛かった。
お湯は良かったが、タオル一枚、バスタオル一枚で
何度も入ろうと思うと お風呂に常備してほしい。
トイレの換気扇の音がとても大きく うるさかった。
窓を開けると壁のコンクリートが壊れて中の鉄骨がみえてた。
