ANチェックイン後、最初の部屋は工事中で変更、次の部屋は窓のロックがかからず変更、3つ目の部屋はシャワーが使えない状態だったのを応急処置をし、その部屋を使用。ホテル全体が、リノベーション工事中で、本来なら客を取れる状況とは言えない。日中、工事の音がし、廊下にはベッドのマットや工事用具が置いてある状況。エレベーター、廊下ともに工事中なので汚れていた。
