Location is great, right near downtown and easy to get to from the train station. Pleasant, quiet neighbourhood. Great kitchen amenities, and some nice tea and snacks as a bonus.

Overpriced given the uncleanliness and poor service
The property was not cleaned properly before I arrived. The futon was covered in crumbs and debris, and the rug had embedded crumbs and hair. I also noticed refrigerated items left out and an almost empty hand soap…
