Cold water and noisy
at first glance the place looks nice but as we got settled in the place seemed run down, when we arrived there was no staff and the room hadn’t been clean. Later that night we found that none of the showers or baths…

The villa was really run down. Photos do not do it justice. Pool was dirty. Villa overflooded due to rain.

I couldn’t book any other villas near by due to NYE bookings so I was forced to stay there.

As we only booked 30 mins before arrival it would seem the staff were unable to clean the villa bathrooms in time.
They cleaned the rooms the next day however there was still hair in the shower grates and a half used…

Pics do not show lack of mainenance & other issues
Built to high standards worn over time. Smelled of mildew when we arrived. Air conditioning helped somewhat. Unique architectural design, but maintenance was obviously not kept up to date. Interior water damage evident…
